Jorge Chávez International Airport (LIM) is located in Callao, a port city 11 km (7 mi) away from Lima. The airport was expanded and renovated to offer all sorts of entertainment and facilities for departing travellers to make the most of their last minutes in Lima. Transport to Lima airport
You can travel from Lima to Jorge Chávez International Airport (LIM) by bus. The Airport Express bus runs every 30 minutes from 7 stops across central Lima and Miraflores, so use the online timetables to plan your trip in advance. You can also reach the airport by taxi. A taxi from Lima to the airport costs in the range of EUR 6,50-13,00 and takes anywhere between 30-90 minutes depending on traffic.
